Karen founded Royal Calisthenics College in 2004. Due to career commitments, she made the difficult decision to close Royal’s doors in 2010.

In 2022, Karen proudly reopened Royal Calisthenics College, and since then the club has experienced outstanding growth and success.

In 2026, Karen will be stepping back from her role as Principal following a promotion in her career. Royal Calisthenics College is now proudly in the capable hands of our wonderful coach, Marlee-Shae Holden, who is excited to continue and build upon the strong legacy of Royal.
